Chris comes to Rea with more than 20 years of manufacturing, engineering, and leadership experience.  Most recently, he was Vice President/General Manager of Zip-Pak, an Illinois Tool Works Company in Carol Stream, Illinois.  Prior to this, he held increasingly responsible positions over 12 years with James Hardie Building Products including Process Engineer, Manufacturing Department Manager, Production Manager, Plant Controller, and Plant Operations Manager.

Chris received his MBA from the University of Nevada and his bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri.
